Payment 
We accept PayPal and credit cards via Paypal. If you would like to process a phone order, we can charge your credit card via Square.  Payment for your order is due upon purchase. Your order will not be shipped until payment is confirmed.

You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal:

You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the “Pay Now” button. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.

Refunds
All orders are final. At this time we cannot accept refunds or exchanges, please purchase seriously.

As a small business, we handle the shipping of our products with our own hands.  We fully inspect each item as we prepare to ship it to you.  We also describe our items to the best of our ability. If you are not happy with your item, please contact us and we will review your situation, but as a general rule, we don’t accept returns unless we have grossly overlooked a major flaw.

In the event there is a flaw with the product, notify us immediately. A delay in notification may result in default to our no-refund policy.

In the case of a product flaw, we will extend a direct exchange or store credit for the amount of the purchase.

Shipping

  • Please allow up to 3-10 business days after the shipment date for your package to arrive. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.
  • We do not ship internationally at this time.
  • All orders are shipped via US Postal Service or Fed Ex and will include a tracking number that is sent with your confirmation email.
  • Please make sure that the address you provide is correct. We are not responsible for packages being sent to wrong addresses. We ship to the address provided on your order so please make sure it’s correct. If for any reason a package is returned to us due to a wrong address, you will need to pay an additional shipping fee to resend it.
  • If you would like your order to be sent to a different address than yours as a gift for someone else, send us a message along with your order.
  • We are not responsible for lost packages and refunds are not available for lost packages.
